About Me

Welcome to The Organized Middle

My name is Dulce Isabel and I created The Organized Middle as a space to reflect on the season of life we are always living in: the present moment. Life rarely feels complete or settled, and there isn’t a clear beginning or finish line to work toward. Instead we are constantly navigating what’s in front of us, adjusting as we go, and learning how to stay grounded while things continue to unfold.

I am currently completing my MBA at the University of Nevada, Reno and hold a bachelor’s degree in Organization and Project Management. Through my education, work, and personal experiences, I’ve learned that while life is full of uncertainty and so much remains out of our control, creating enough structure will help you stay focused while life continues to move and change.

The idea behind The Organized Middle grew from my experience navigating busy seasons that required balance, discipline, and flexibility all at once. I have found that when routines, systems, and priorities are thoughtfully set, there is more room to show up at your best in every part of your life (work, relationships, wellness, and personal growth). Organization for me has become a way to reduce stress or overwhelm and create space for what matters most.

This blog is a place where I share reflections, ideas, and tools that support navigating life with intention even when your path seems unclear or you are stepping into the unknown. If you find yourself in a season of becoming or rebuilding, you’re in the right place.

I’m Dulce

This blog is a space where I share reflections on living in the middle of it all. I write about staying grounded through organization, routines, and small systems that help make sense of work, life, and the in-between moments as they unfold.
